For Landlords, we offer a number of packages allowing you to find the best fit for your individual circumstances and properties.   Probate Valuations

Establishing the value of a loved one's home after they have passed away, can be a daunting experience. At Stafford Johnson, we provide specific Probate Valuations justified with comparable evidence and market reports. It’s important that valuations of this nature represent a true representation of the current market value.

  EPCs

Energy Performance Certificates are required when selling or letting a property, since April 2018 you can’t let a property unless the EPC rating is an E or above. We can provide you with an EPC from as little as £70 and advise on the steps you need to take to meet the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards.
